"CHRISTMAS SILENT WISH"

My name is Jolanta, I am from Riga, Latvia and I am a mum of 4 children, 3 of them are living with me now, and the eldest son is already living separately, as he is 21 years old. In my family now I have a daughter Ada Amanda - 15 years old, Jonatan - 10 years old and Benjamin - 8 years old.

There have been both difficult and joyful moments in life, but a proper rest is always a dream.

Jonatan came into our family in 2013. We met him when he was 23 days old.

His birth mum gave him up immediately after giving birth. He was in our foster care at first before I adopted him at the age of 2.5.

Jonatan has had more than 10 surgeries in total, including heart, head and both elbow joints. He was also diagnosed with a rare genetic disease, craniosynostosis, two years ago and autism this year.
My daughter was diagnosed last year with anxiety depression after being sick 2 times with covid. So far the process has been very difficult.

We have always had a dream to go somewhere together, but due to circumstances and financial condition, we choose short trips not far from home, and it certainly can not be called a holiday. Since I raise my children alone, I often feel exhausted and tired, because there is no time to rest.

We heard from Ramina, who visited Rainbow in Cyprus this year with her children, about her wonderful holiday. We were happy for her when she shared her impressions and delight.  And we thought to ourselves, maybe we could go to Cyprus like that someday? The children's eyes sparkled, quietly waiting for a miracle....

Maybe there will be a miracle after all.  We would be very happy if such a miracle becomes a reality for our family! We don't give up and do our best to be joyful and humble satisfied - because we have each other - and that is the greatest happiness!

We would be very happy to go to sunny Cyprus.....
